Executive Director
Nez is an Indigenous, Queer, Trans activist who has worked in educating schools in LGBTQ+ and racial inclusion.
He is also a writer, artist, and deeply passionate about teaching and continuing Indigenous traditions.
Olga González is a long-time diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant, experienced nonprofit professional, and community activist. She is the Executive Director of Cultivando, a Latinx-serving organization that focuses on developing the leadership, advocacy, and capacity of the Spanish-speaking community. Olga is also the CEO of O.G. Consulting Services where she offers coaching and trainings around equity, decolonization, and power-building nationally and throughout the state of Colorado. Olga holds a dual bachelor’s degree in psychology and Chicano studies from Scripps College in Claremont, CA. She also earned a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Regis University as a Colorado Trust Fellow. Olga is the proud mother of three amazing children who she is raising to be the next generation of fierce and compassionate social justice warriors.
Mimi is a brown queer two-spirit writer and tio. He's worked the last 15 years for reproductive and racial justice, youth leadership, and LGBTQ liberation movements.
They're a passionate media maker and a Denver Post columnist.
