Think of the Summer Youth Fellows Coordinator as the cool, grounded tío, tía, gunkle, aunkle or gender expansive relative of the summer.

You'll be helping guide a crew of brilliant LGBTQ+ youth of color (ages 14–24) through an unforgettable paid fellowship that blends outdoor adventures, gardening, storytelling, and leadership magic. You’ll be co-creating weekly gatherings full of land-based learning, zine-making, photo and video projects, and healing-centered community vibes.

 

Part mentor, part logistics genius, part hype-person! You’ll be holding it all with heart and care, making sure every young person feels seen, supported, and lit up throughout the journey. You won’t be alone either, you’ll be working alongside a small, dedicated team that believes in joy, justice, and the power of youth.
